Here we have our local gaggle of Canada Geese "Branta canadensis". This gaggle likes to hang around the beach in summer as they find the local golf courses too crowded. Now a protected species their numbers have increased to the point that they are often pests. A small number is ok as here the local gaggle dip in along the edge of the water looking for seeweed that has washed up with the waves.
