The visiting Pinot Grigio crew spotted a bird in the backyard tree and had some difficulty identifying it. The identification was made more difficult due to the pinot grigio and to the fact that this all too common bird in question is changing from it's winter colour to it's summer colour. As you can see from this photo the bird is undoubtedly the "Sturnus vulgaris". We hope that we have solved the crew's mystery.
good call....you won't see this one in summer....he lives way up north in the warmer months
